I believe that what Pacquiao agreed on was dropping his 24 day window and conceding to what Mayweather last proposed in the first negotiation, the 14 day window.


......as has been mentioned, you would think that either Pacquiao or the ego driven now loudmouth Roach would have been all over Mayweather walking away from the fight if Pacquiao had agreed to up to the day of the fight testing.

Certainly there would be video clips of Roach telling us, "Manny has agreed to full random testing, no windows, and Mayweather walked away from the fight."

.......that has not been coming out of Freddie Roach's mouth, and certainly it would have had Pac agreed to the full random testing.

 

as usual joyboys are finding ways to make it pac's fault when floyd himself said it that he is on vacation and has no urge to fight pacquiao right now. joyboys should try to watch the complete pac-margo faceoff and check that pac indeed has agreed to floyd's demands. what a primadonna, after pac calling his bluff, floyd is wussying out of a fight yet again.
