In Manila, so many people I know bought the Pac-Margo PPV for $22.

Also all the cinemas and sports bars show the fight at a certain fee (around $15). I believe many if not all the cinemas were full last weekend to watch the fight.

Are any of these counted in the PPV buys figures?

    No.

They don't even count American theater purchases into their PPV figures!

Yup, they like emmanuel over in philipines. Floyd attracts places like the UK, Ireland, France, east euro, South Africa, etc.

I know they like emmanuel in the United Arab Emirates.

They counted it in the JMM-Mayweather fight actually!

That's to be expected. Floyd is popular among non-asian countries.

While Pac is more popular in asian countries.
