Question to CHEF About Wlad's training (only weight lifting). He always looks lean and muscular. How much weight training does he do during training camp (say, 7 weeks). What exercises does Wlad do (for arms, shoulders, back) and how often? How many sets/reps? And the other one. I've read one of Wlad's interview and he said he never does any boxing exercises between training camps (no sparring, shadow boxing etc). But he admitted also that he visits gym regularily to stay in shape. So does he do any weight lifting exercises between training camps?
look up "muscle and fitness" magazine (march 2009) its all in there. he does do a little in between fights. (45 minutes heavy bag with 3kg wrist weights) and a ton of swimming
