i think he would be too small and i think being big makes him sturdy and helps him take punches

he will never be a ripped physical specimen but at 230 to 236 he is just fine

CA has footwork issues which might be aided in losing those extra 11 lbs. I don't see the weight loss causing him to lose any power or punching resistance either.

He'd definitely benefit from the weight loss. Not to the point of beating a K bros, but he could be the next best HW besides them.

The guy is 6ยด4 236 pounds and is considered fat and wich he is. Unless he loses 11 pounds in five days then i dont see how you could think he will be drained ?
Its not like he is Oscar who went from Around 160 + to 140...

It would seriously affect his punch resistance among other things. His frame and genetic metabolic state is not condusive to fighting at that low of a weight. He has not been that light for over a decade, I believe. You have to work within the frame of your current homeostatic ideals.

The thing is, he could easily keep the same weight he has now but replace the fat with muscle, it you look at his arms they're not that big for a heavyweight.

Agree! Between 230 and 240 is the right weight for him!

Weight drained? He's flabby at 236 and he'd still be flabby at 225. Arreola would have to come down to CW to see a body.

Thats what I was thinking, he isnt going to dehydrate..... the guy is known for always being overweight, its damn near impossible for him to come in underweight given his history and that he has no water to cut

He needs to lose fat. He's still fat at 235, he could probably go down to 200. For a big strong guy, he does not seem to have much muscle like other heavyweights do.
He would probably do himself a huge service if he got his body to be a lean and muscular 225-235.

People laughed off Adamek. Meanwhile Adamek at 220 looks rock solid and has the bigger frame. Arreola just doesn't have the toned body type.
