Arreola is still a fat **** at 236...people forget he was a light heavyweight in the ams. He should be able to atleast get down to 225.

Ideally he should be in the 220-225 range. The dude is not ever going to fight at CW (nor should he), so let's just forget that. His style is more suited to HW anyway.

LOL at Teddy Atlas, who said that Arreola was a natural HW. The guy fought at LHW in the amateurs until he was 20. Then he started eating. He could easily make CW and still wouldn't be ripped.

He has way too much extra fat, he could lose plenty and still look fat..He wouldn't be weight drained at all, anybody can get fat..But if they lose weight they just go back to normal, not weight drained

I use to think that way too, that it would be easy to cut up after building, but its the opposite.. From experience( Im a gym rat with the weights). Its better to burn the fat before buillding muscle.. If you build up then trim the fat you will just end up burning alot of the muscle you worked hard for, when you trim up.You will also lose strength... Any personal trainer would agree with me.,.. I thik Chris is probably a natural heavy and although he dont looks flabby , im sure hes a naturally strong guy, No one is pushing him around (and hes fought some big Hw including the biggest and strongest physically)He is also one of the hardest punchers in the HW division, so i think hes a natural hw...

The reason he carries flab and loose skin(even when his conditioning is good) is like a lot of other people that have carried excess wait for a number of years..... Genetics plays a part too.. If you are a gym rat most of your life(like most fighters) the cuts come easy.. Even Holyfield said he only does a few hundered crunches/situps a day to keep those abs.,, Said he did all the crazy amount (thousands) since he started boxing as akid.. Doing only a couple hundred crunches a day would never turn the regular joes abs into an impressive six pack.

If he loses to much he will lose some of his power, i think he should get down to 225 then go on a strength, conditioning regimen(not body building) .. And then end up at a solid (for him) 235-240 range.

He loss alot of weight, but at this point, he needs to completely reshape his body from looking soft. He could lose 15 more pounds & he would still be soft. Right now, he needs to be more solid. He loss over 50 lbs. Now its about being solid. I know alot of people say he doesnt have the genetics , which may be true, but it's not like he works a 9-5 40 hour a week job. He's a professional athlete. His job is to be in shape. He has all day. If your diet, workouts, etc are on point it's gonna show visibly.

Yea, he hits so hard he broke his hands on Adamek's head. Whatever, it doesn't change the fact that no matter what weight it wouldn't make Arreola a much better fighter.

Yey you can beat in denial all you want but Arreola hurt him twice.. Besides lot of hardpunchers have hand problems for that reason... I hope they rematch,if Arreola stays on the right patha and disciplined. IF they do im willing to make some crazy avatar bet with you.
