    Best answer--If Saddler wanted that fight he could have gotten the match in a heartbeat..
    I remember those days vividly...No featherweight ever would tackle the 135 pound Ike Williams, including PeP or Saddler...Otherwise Willie and Sandy would have tried....They knew better....
