I already done this thread of the training forum but there's not as many people on there so I thought I'd ask the classic because I'm sure some of you would know some boxers training routines. So my question is.

Do any of you have the training routine's of any famous fighters

    e.g how many
press ups, pull ups, sit ups, squats, chair dips did they do (please include the amount of sets and reps they did)

how many rounds they did on the heavybag
    how long they skipped for
    how long they ran for
how long they rested for in between exercise's

Boxers routines I would like to know are
    Roberto Duran
    Sugar Ray Leonard
    Thomas Hearns
    Marvin Hagler
    Joe Louis
    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Henry Armstrong
    Pernell Whitaker
    Wilfred Benitez
    Roy Jones Jr
    Mike McCallum
    Floyd Mayweather Jr
    Evander Holyfield
    Lennox Lewis
    Michael Watson

I would be very gratefull of any boxers routines that you know of not just the ones I've listed

    many thanks,

    Roy Jones, Morning.

Full stretch work out (no details).

    3-5 mile run

Leg weights with light weight, "lots of reps" (my note).

    Roy Jones, afternoon

A warm up consisting of "touching toes and holding", side to sides, twists, push-ups, stretching, "bouncing around on toes whilst moving around" [ideal warm up IMO].

Shadowboxing - 4x4 minute rounds with 30 second breaks

Heavy bag - 4x4 minute rounds with 30 second breaks

Speed bag- 16 minutes (followed by 30 second break)

    Floor-ceiling - 16 minutes (followed by 30 second break)

Skipping - 25 minutes, steady pace (followed by a one minute break)

    ABS [check this **** out]

    4 x 100 sit ups (30 second break)
    4 x 100 leg raises (30 second break)
    4 x 100 crunches (30 second break)

    No weights!
