Ricky Hatton is an interesting one.

    AM - none

    PM -

    10 Minutes full body stretching

Shadowboxing - 3x3 minute rounds (30 second break between each round)

    Skipping - 10 minutes

Body Belt (hammering Billy Graham). Varied upon point of training camp, 4-12 x 3 minute rounds

Bag bar/Heavy bag. Ricky alternates between jumping a bar at waist height and hammering the heavy bag for one minute a-peice for a total of three minutes before resting. He does this four times.

    Stretch down.

    EVENING:

    5 mile run.

Dunno what he did with Mayweather (if anything)

not sure a guy named Brooklyn who used to post on here trained with Hagler and he said he never hit the bags thought it encouraged bad technique

Up to welter laterly. I think he was a bit better than he let on, what do you think?

Cheers from my aswell McGrain. I'd always hard that Roy never did any weight lifting. Those ab exercises are ridiculous, 100 repititions and only a 30 second break? That's crazy.

Hatton seems a little lazy in comparison to Jones and Lopez.

It's worth noting that neither Jones or Lopez did work in the ring as standard, but Hatton did...I think he probably trained with slightly more intensity. Wait until you see Nigel Benn's training regime, writing it down can't do it justice.

I think he was better than he let on yes. Little things he said, if you asked him directly, he would always duck the question a little bit. I think he was handy.
