    He's the most knowledgable poster i've ever talked to. He was great chat, when he could be bothered. But he wasn't into all the pettiness that went with a forum (like general or that other one) so all the best stuff I talked to him about was by PM, the Calzaghe-Hopkins fight for example. He had Hopkins winning by the way.

    yeh he was real knowledgeable but didnt really post alot, seemed a kinda shy kinda guy. Just a top bloke.

    These routines are interesting. Are there any routines for modern heavyweights? I am quite interested in what some of the large but overweight guys do, particularly in relation to roadwork.
