    No real boxing fan considers Floyd TBE. It is completely disrespectful to the the long history of the sport to say such a thing. Also, it is not quantifiable so it can't be proven regardless even if he was.

    You can't make the TBE claim about any fighter in boxing history. Just IMO.

    Ali called himself "the greatest." That doesn't make it so. There have been plenty of other champions who had a lot to say about themselves as well.

    I've never heard a single Pacquiao fan say that Pacquiao is the greatest ever. Maybe of this era, but not in history.
