I see your point, and you're right of course. But personally I don't think the 2lb makes that much difference. Just like I didn't think it made much difference when Floyd did it to JMM. Especially when Cotto had so much time to make the weight.
Void, Sr. said that he did not want Void, Jr. to fight Pac! He said that right after Pac beat Cotto! After watching Spadafora kick Void's arse I now know another reason Void is afraid of pac.
P. Williams said he's ready for a welterweight fight in March if Floyd's game, there's an article about that just now. How about it, Floyd?:hey
These are your answers to the question, 'What has Floyd done since talks began to make any of you believe that he does not want the fight?' I havn't heard the radio interview but I did read it in an article. I see this more as trying to build hype for the bout that backfired, not that Floyd does not want the bout. He went on tv and said no-one would care (would give him credit) if he beat or ko'd Pacquiao because he has already been beat/ko'd. As far as I am aware he never stated no-one would care if he fought Pacquiao. He did start the whole blood testing saga, but once again I thought at the time it was hype that backfired. Floyd backed off on a lot of his demands concerning blood testing, Pacquiao (rather Arum) was the one who wouldn't accept the 14 day cut off, once again as far as I am aware. Matthew Hatton has been the only person who has been talking about the possible bout with Mayweather. No-one knows if they have been in contact with him or not, but this had no effect on the Mayweather Pacquiao bout not happening. Both camps were very quiet during negotiations, especially over Christmas time. It was there promoters who were doing the talking. I could make a list why Pacquiao never wanted the bout with Mayweather, but whats the point? I'm a fan of both, but possibly the highest grossing bout in history never happened, and I blame both camps!
:thumbsup not everyone will agree with what the other person has to say, but i dont mind going back and forth as long as there are real ideas being shared and not just namecalling
then he picked a dangerous welterweight and props to him. i don't understand it. floyd is natural to this weight and based on his last fight, he is now a full-sized welter and not a small-sized welter as previously we all thought. why is it hard for floyd to fight guys at his weight?
