question for mexican fans

No question about it.

Canelo. When i go to my rents usually they have plenty of people over and they all say the same. JCC Jr. just does not have it. Canelo on the other hand has shown he can build his own legacy.

 

canelo all the way. jcc jr has nothing nothing but the name.

 

Definitely Canelo. A lot of hate towards Chavez Jr. beceause of the boost that his dads name gave him.

I say 50/50 its unbelievable that chavez still has high rating on his fights...its mostly cause there are a lot of casual fans that just hear the word chavez and they wanna keep the legend alive...but Canelo its a pretty marketable guy from televisa

 

They are both famous, Chavez jr for his name and Canelo for his game. Canelo would have more support at this point.

 

Id say most of the hardcore Mexican fans would go for Alvarez. Since hes seen as a future elite fighter, where as most fans are realistic about Chavez Jr limitations.

But id say the casual Mexican fans would probably be pulling for JC Jr.

Ill be pulling for Alvarez for the reasons ^^. Although i hope jr can grab a title one day and shut the haters up.

 

I think most of the hate comes from Non Mexican fans... Most Mexicans back Chavez jr but are realistic on how far he will go.

 

For the most part it will become a regional thing with most of the northern states probably going for Chavez Jr. and the central and southern states for Alvarez.

 

Canelo and it aint even close.

 

No much hate towards him, in fact he has a lot of support thanks to his name. Only reason he has a career is because his name and the loyalty of his fathers fans.
