Mayweather did come in overweight against a blownup lightweight - FACT!
Pacquiao using PEDs during fights - HEARSAY, RUMOR coming from Floyds camp no less.

 

Well apparently so, because there not deciding off of skill. In 41 fights Floyd still has not lost, still has not touch the canvas, barely ever gets cut, is the most accurate puncher in the sport, as well as the best defensive fighter in the sport. He's won several titles in several weight classes and I'll say it again, is still undeafeated. Pac has been beat three times, has touched the canvas twice, has been KOd, is easy to hit and takes a great deal of punishment (always getting cut). Even though he's won several titles in several weight classes, he wasn't capable of doing so with out facing all of the above. So if they not decideing off of skill. What else could it be?

 

Many people believe he lost the first castillo fight.

 

I think he will at one point. Manny doesn't want anyone to cheat in this sport but he also holds the stance that he is the fighter and he follows the rules and regulations passed down by the governing bodies.

At some point stricter testing will be mandatory and the movement started with Floyd's demands. The problem is the testing measures began at the expesne of Mannys rep and in a way that PAC couldn't really apprecaite.

So he's in a catch 22.....either take the tests and take a loss on his princples by giving into the guy who basically tried to destroy your image and career accomplishements or refuse and come off looking suspect.

 

I thought it was a close fight, but I don't think he lost it because he was getting the cleaner shots in.
