Not going to happen.... If your serious you need to try and put yourself round a bit sparring. We've discussed this a little in other threads but what your suggesting just doesn't happen other then in Hollywood. You need to be realistic. If you want to bypass the Ams firstly you'll need to be an exceptional talent and I suggest trying to get sparring with different pro gyms' but tbh its highly unlikely that anyone will want a 15 year old to assist when theres plenty of other fighters with more experiance available.

I was the same as you when I was 15, you've got a dreamy perspective of the sport and the way it works. The chances of you finding your 'micky' on east side boxing and having a succesful pro career is slimmer then a lottery win two weeks in a row. For your own sake and to avoid a lot of unhappiness I suggest you develop your skills as an amateur first. If you don't like your gym- change gyms but the Pro' are not the answer.

seriously the only real way to do it is stick to were you are and keep workin build up a decent amateur career make a few headlines and a few conections eventually they'll come knocking on your door if your good enough.

Colin Jones trained at the shed behind my garden.

The shed is just a amateur gym.

And from 9 years old............he was trained by Gareth Bevan.

When he was 18 years he turned professional.

But he now needed for someone to take him to the next level.

So Eddie Thomas a trainer who had already trained the likes of Johnny Owen and Scotland great Ken Buchanen ...........he took over the main training dutie.

Eddie had the experience as a pro fighter and manager trainer........to guide Colin Jones all the way through the professional ranks.

He helped Colin stayed protected from promoters like Mickey Duff who just wanted to exploit him

Colin trained in Eddie Thomas professional gym

but he still trained in the amateur boxing club too

And Gareth Bevan was still part of the team..........and was in the corner for his pro fights

This is the best example that I know of

Colin didnt just leave everything he had built up over the years turning pro

he had a good amateur trainer and amateur career

when the time came to turn professional he just made the neccsary addition to his team in Eddie Thomas to take things to the next level
