Fortunately numb skull Andre has no Miranda rule on this forum so we'll leave him to run freely in the closet of C.S Lewis. Thankfully we have DW here to guide the proper train of thought. Starting with a statement from S**** " it's all to do with the kinetic link the thumb has in the body."

Statement #2. " one of the reasons, but it also applies to the hips, tfl which govern the postural chain.

How does the thumb correlate to the tfl? How does turning the thumb over affect kinetic linkage? Could one get kinetic linkage without turning over the thumb? Please clarify.

Through about 10 million years of evolution I would think, our thumb is unique, in the animal kingdom.

Remember Julio Cesar Chavez junior, well he was trained by a new trainer to defend against the right upper cut left hook combo by falling backwards unto the right leg. However it didn't work because his opponent made a bull attack throwing him backwards then getting hit with body shots. 2nd failed attempt by his new coach was to make his body to open by have him stand sides ways in the t- stance. What his opponent did was to simply take a small step to the left and throw a three punch combo left hook to the body, left hook to the head, followed by left hook to the body. What Freddie calls lever punching. This is what he meant by the body being wide open. Sorry that I didn't clarify it last time.

Greys what do you care? you weren't the coach... Neither do you work with Freddie. I was just clarifying what he meant by the body being wide open. Anyway I really don't care either way. Since I'm going a premier boxing promotion team then to train under Freddie.

It's just a meeting he is thinking of setting up with a promoter. However last time I talked to him he said I'll think about it. So I can't push it. Apparently the guy from the promotions is an awful hard guy to get along with, so he's thinking about it.
