He's one of my favourite fighters and I think he beat Simon and Taylor whilst drawing with Vargas and Hopkins, so no one ever got the best of him whilst he was in his prime as far as I'm concerned (was past his prime for Hopkins btw). I think he would lose to the best 154-160 guys of all time, but he likely never disgraces himself in those defeats. Probably sits at the tail end of the top 150 for me.
