Question For The Floyd Fans...

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by ( ° °), Apr 24, 2015.

  1. If Pac puts a beating on Floyd and wins a clear decision or KOs him, will you finally believe that Floyd ducked him for 5 years?

I would, if Roach didn't take blame for 2010 and Arum didn't make excuses in 2012. I don't see what's wrong with admitting both sides have sabotaged this fight for different reasons.

No I wouldn't Roach admitted that the reason the fight didn't happen the first time back in 2010 was their fault because of testing.

It doesn't have to be after the fight. A lot of the Floyd fans sound like copies of boxing_master now.

Floyd either did avoid him or he didn't, the fight won't tell us anything about whether he ducked him. The way the fight goes doesn't have any effect on what happened in floyds head over the last 5 years. Floyd could win or floyd could take a beating, we wouldn't have any more knowledge about whether he ducked him than we do now, your logic is non existent.

    ^This

I'll give credit where credit is due. But both sides played a roll in keeping this fight from happening at different times. Regardless fight is on. Constantly bringing up the past is nothing but sour g****s. It's over and done with. Time to move on to something that actually matters. Like who will be the top guy once Floyd and Manny retire.

When you say "because of testing" you forget to mention the testing Floyd insisted on was not required & unnecessary under the Nevada rules. Manny agreed to The State required testing but Floyd insisted on the USDA. So it was FLOYD!!! really that ducked out AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a full-fledge platinum ceritified Pactárd and even then I believe Floyd will beat Pac by decision but Pac doesn't even have to beat Floyd to validate Mayweather has been ducking him. He DUCKED him since Pac tore the Welterweight Division. Plain and Simple. :hat

Floyd also said he's a rich coward.

Put it in context, that's just Roach in regretful state that they didn't succumb to Floyds demands. At the time Floyd made those demands, they had every right not to succumb to them. But obviously as it turned out, Floyd stayed undefeated, Pac lost, Floyd running, Roach wishes they had just given in.

Doesn't change the fact that Floyd put up the barriers, and then kept moving the goal posts.
