I think you'll be hammered for even suggesting it is what i think Calderon is a joy to watch, super super talented but not HOF IMHO
**** no! It would be a disgrace to let somebody like Calderon in before letting guys like Curry, Starling, and a number of others. Might as well throw Cory Spinks in the HOF if we're going to put Calderon in it now. Better resume with Spinks, too.
is that criteria to get in the hall of fame? "he was the ****"? speaking of ****, have you not seen his record? the guy was a good boxer and if anything should be inducted to the WBO hall of fame. thats about it . he did risk ****, didnt unify, just a bunch of trinket defenses against 13-2 caliber opponents on guys coming off losses or guys who had lost 3 out of 6 coming in... Hugo Cazares is his only good win and up to that point even he had lost 5 times already.... no way he deserves hall of fame for longevity only
:happy the best way i have learned to figure how much the average poster on ESB really knows about boxing is these hall of fame topics. anyone that lets guys like this in or answers like this "do you even have to ask?" ...tells you everything you need to know....
another example of someone who thinks his criteria is the same as that of the IBHOF atschatsch. You are aware the requirements for the HOF really aren't as strict as you would hope them to be right? There are several dudes less deserving than Iron boy. I'm guessing you haven't heard about the Mcguigan rule.
