    3 months after Bowe beats Holyfield, Bowe fights Andrew Golota and Golota is schooling Bowe in front of Bowe's home crowd and Bowe starts hitting Golota in the back of the head. Let's say Golota punches Bowe in the balls. Is that a penalty?
