You'd have to surround him and have whoever your biggest/best wrestler is go for his legs from behind to get him off balance, try to get him in a chokehold, and then smother him with numbers. That's assuming your crew has at least some knowledge and skill at fighting. Otherwise he'd have way too much time to pick them off.
