    I think you need to do your research, you have absolutely no clue whatsoever. Weights are proven to bulk you up? I think that may have something to do with nutrition.

    It's "common ****in sense" to not hold weights when you're throwing punches.

    There's no point in doing "half punches" if the goal is increasing hand speed as to do that you'd have to throw a full ROM punch.

    Please explain how this works, I'm sure there's a lot of athletes that would be interested in your ****.
