I know people have described them as "The Pillow Gloves" and are made more for Protection and Boxers who suffer from hand injuries. But should they be taken to the point where all punchers stay away from them? Can't it be that Punching Power is Punching Power, Something of nature and technique? I mean i know the effects and differences of Gloves with less padding but i have seen Morales score some really nice Ko's using winning gloves.

Is it all personal preferance and if a hand is heavy aren't you going to feel it reguardless or, Does it make that much of a difference?

Also Morales and Pac used the Winning gloves in there first fight and yet with the "Pillow Gloves" Pac still DID have a nasty cut on his Right eye...

What do you guys think? I have personally never had any expirience with Winnings and Havn't been hit by anyone using them But what about you guys that have any expirience with them. Do they still provide some power for Big punchers? Wouldn't the protection help the fighter Throw punches at full power without worrying too much about hand injuries?

Sorry about the accumulation of questions. I just think they are some "sexy" gloves, lol. But it would be a shame if they really do reduce Power that much.

    Thanks.

Morales wasn't wearing a Winning glove on his head though.

Mayweather who is percieved not to have too much punching power did this to Gatti with these 'pillows' on so they can't reduce power that much!
