    Thanks mate.... I wish we all had a closer knowledge of such men.... Jackie Green. Also took the Bantamweight title.. Was he Teddy Green son???

    Teddy Green was 13 and a half years old when he won the Aust bantamweight title in Dec 1903 (must have been a tough little bugger!).

    No he wasn,t, he was born in 1901 not 1903 that is in Boxrec....
    Ted and Jackie were brothers.

    My eyes used to be better but:

    From BoxRec I've got Teddy Green as being born 1880-07-12 (12th July 1880 - the Yanks do the day & date around the other way).

    .....and having won the Aust bantamweight title 1903-10-12 (12th October 1903).

    This would have made Teddy Green 13 years & 3 months old when he won the Aus title.
