    Arum knows he can lie about pretty much anything and get away with it without being questioned. Sadly most Pacquiao fans are that dumb.

    The outdoor stadium was to be built if Floyd and Pac agreed to fight. They haven't. So no stadium.

    It's been done before in Vegas, so it wasn't some lie by Arum. A temporary stadium is not impossible to build.
