I'll tell you what. Instead of throwing random numbers around and lying, why don't you actually weigh the ****ing stuff? Crazy idea, I know, but seeing as you're so convinced by the effects this diet is having, I'd have thought you'd know what it was you're actually eating.
What Random numbers am I throwing around? All of the figures I have giving have been accurate. I buy it in 1kg bulk and get 35kg a week which is all gone by the end of the week. Do you want me to video myself eating on a average day for every meal I have? I've also got proof the diet works as I've had a few of my clients do it. I admit it's not the most exciting of diets and this is why I don't give it to all of them, but it definitely works the best if you have wil-power. I'll post some pictures up when I get a bit time of the body transformations I've had from it.
First this - Makes no sense. You then said this - Which turned into this - To this - Where's the accuracy in any of the your given numbers? Now all of a sudden you buy a nice, round accurate 35kg a week. Strange. You have other people doing this silliness? Posting pictures won't actually prove a thing...
Ah, I understand now. 35 divided by 7 used to equal 7.5, but now it only equals 5. It's the laws of maths that keep changing. As for the rest of it, see virus' post.

I completely understand why you people will see this diet as being crazy. When I had a closed mind I thought exactly the same until I realised it could actually work. Hand on heart, I feel 100% healthier as well as seeing some amazing results.
I haven't checked out any links that you've provided, and I'm not trying to be a hard ass. I'm just wondering why only broccoli? Why not just eat raw fruits and vegetables? Also, the cheat days sound to me like they could be counter productive. EDIT: I read the link you provided. I'm still not sure why limit your diet to only broccoli (aside from he cheat days). It seems pretty rough.
Pull ups wreck my shoulders... Rotator cuffs etc.. But I find bent over rows, strengthen my rotator cuffs. I will never go higher than 30kg though, I feel that the back is worked hard through squats. At the moment I am not lifting heavy, just repping out. In my garage..
Sorry for OffTopic but before my pull ups i run fe: 2 ,3 miles and then i stretch by only legs. Is that good? Then i go to pull up and after pull ups i stretch my upper body arms , forearms, chest etc. How long should after pull ups to stretch?
