Pacquiao's legacy is being tarnished by refusing to agree to random blood testing. Why make 40 million in 3 fights when you can do it in one? I also thought Pacquiao was going to run for office. So how can he have 3 more fights? The Mayweather fight is the most important fight in boxing and in Pacquiao's career. Passing on it can not be justified. He wants scheduled tests instead of random testing and the tests should be random. Floyd will take the same tests, so neither will be 100% right?

    Answer the question:
Would you be willing to turn down 40 million dollars as well as ruin your reputation and legacy because of random blood testing if you were clean?

    1. Athletes breaking world records take blood tests days/hours before setting world records, the amount of blood needed for a test doesnt affect performance

    2. NSAC testing has always been inadequate, many many drugs cheats can get rund those tests easily, the only way to police drugs cheats is random drugs tests

    3. Mayweather is offering to be tested too, if Pac is clean he accepts random testing, he wont, thats whats suspicious anything else aside

    4. Because Mosley was doping, like Pacquaio probably is

    5. Who cares?

    1. He agreed to be tested immediately following the fight (just as valid as right before)
    2. Then petition NSAC, not Manny pacquiao. These are boxers, not commissions.
    3. Pacquiao has agreed to random blood testing.
    4. You think Pacquiao was doping a year ago? I'd love to see a post.
    5. Everyone who wanted to see this mega fight.

He agreed to scheduled "random" drug testing.

Maybe if I ask a third time:
Would you be willing to turn down 40 million dollars as well as ruin your reputation and legacy because of random blood testing if you were clean?

Lets get this fight on. Pac needs to calm down and get back to discussing the biggest fight in ppv history.

I have another question to ask.
If Manny is lying about not liking giving blood, why does he have absolutely no issue with giving blood immediately following the fight?
He gonna sweat out all those drugs in 45 minutes? Come on. Clearly he feels affected by having blood drawn.
Manny Pacquiao is not turning down 40 million, floyd is.

Here is what I'd like to know ,How is it that Mayweather and GBP are allowed to shake up boxing just because of Sr's paranoia ??I wish I had that much influence at my job I'd be president !!

Manny has shown no proof that he was ever dirty none !!

But because there is a true fear in team Mayweather the rules have to change ?

Floyd isn't even a champ yet they can change the rules ?? What kind of stupid **** is this and how as boxing fans can we sit by and let these clowns continue to put black eyes to the sport ??

If Manny is on something best beleive his trainer will be locked up ..They have more to lose if they are found dirty !!

Manny has every right to go after these fools for the bull **** they are pulling !

    1. BEcause thats an easy way for a drugs cheat to pass a test
    2. Because Manny is against making up rules for his particular fights, hence why he'd never have a catch weight fight
    3. Not from the press conferance until fight night, why? has he agreed to be tested in the Philipines? Plenty of time to cheat
    4. I don't know, I thought he had characteristics, maybe he has great genetics, but now he wont agree to random drugs testing, very suspicious
    5. Mayweather has signed the contract, Pac hasnt, Arrum has been the 1 talking about stopping the fight, I say it still happens

How much have you followed this ? He agreed to take a blood test right after the fight in the US ..How can he cheat the test then ? Is he goin to sweat it out ?
