frankie i had the pleasure of meeting you in the copthorn hotel in newcastle after your fight ( iwas the fat ,baldy speccy scottish guy) and i have a question for you .

If you were offerd the option of the tradional route of brit/commonwelath>Euro>World or the route of getting a intercontinetal belt but defending against some highly rated overseas oppostion what route would you prefer to take and why ?

Frankie- what do you find are the biggest differences between Amateur and Pro boxing, training, opponents, technique, skill level etc.?

Was gutted you couldn't make weight for the olympics, especially when i watched Felix Diaz win the 64kg gold because he was pretty wreckless and think you would have easily outpointed him.

 

this is for frankie and tony bellew - would be intrested to know what sort of weight training you do if any at all.

 

Mainly strength & conditioining work mate, Not many heavy weights involved.. We run hills,swim and also do plenty of core strength work, The boxing stuff is even harder, Arnie was probably the most dedicated boxer I ever saw!! I seen him train a few times, He's taken the crazy desire he had as a fighter and taken it to new level's as a coach.. You wouldn't believe some of the sessions, We are all lucky to have him in the sweat box though if the truth be known!!

My favorite fights are as follows Bowe Vs Holyfield I, Ward Vs Gatti I, Morales Vs Barrera I and finally Corrales Vs Castillo I.. Memorable fights!!:bowdown:bowdown

Looking forward to the future too, You'll all see the best of Frankie in the next fight as this guy ain't coming to survive BUT that'll change after say 2 rounds when he's getting hit from every angle and can't see them coming!!

I also have a question for funtime.. Who is Brum's most expensive player?? and who is your favourite Brum player too..:good:good
