Questions on the Fly and Bantamweight divisons

I'm new to boxing, and have only been following the sport since December but have fallen in love with it (as you can tell by my name lol). Regardless of that, I'd like to think that I have developed a pretty decent knowledge on the sport and have become decently well versed in the divisions of boxing, with the primary exceptions being in the Fly and Bantamweight divisions.

I am only slightly familiar with 3 boxers that had a good amount of their career in these weight classes, those being Eder Jofre and Jimmy Wilde (all I know is that a lot of people consider them the goats of bantam and fly) and Fighting Harada who I actually saw a video on that taught me a good deal about his career.

And so if you will take a few minutes of your time to answer 3 questions I have that would be great!

1. Are Jofre and Wilde (in your opinion) actually the GOAT's of their divisions? If so what makes you say that? If not who would you consider the GOAT?
2. Who are some top guys at these divisions you'd recommend I look into?
3. Who are some underrated guys from these divisions you'd recommend I look into?
