I posted mine earlier. Now I'll list my surprises. I'm surprised no one mentioned Marciano as favorite fighter. No one has Roy Jones Jr. was the best ever. No one mentioned Hagler vs. Hearns No one has said that Mike McCallum is underated. No one has said that Calzaghe is overrated. No one has said that Calzaghe is underrated. No one mentioned James Toney for defense. No one has mentioned Leonard D Hearns.
I'm not saying any of these rate, or do not rate, as my 2nd choice(s). I just thought I would have seen them mentioned.

His level of activity, the masterpieces he gave (Saddler II) after surviving a plane crash that should have killed him, he was one of the very few nonpareils I've seen. whose to say charly burley was better than eddie booker, lloyd marshall, holman williams? I dont see how you can rank burley above these 3. lloyd marshall beat burley clearly, and burley twice lost to ezzard charles who lloyd marshall knocked out. On film, lloyd marshall reminds me of archie moore.
There's a natural size difference between Burley and them though, especialy Charles. Burley's best weight was 147, he was just ducked so much he had to take on the MWs
