    Me too , it's AJ's America debut and I know he will be looking to make an impression . Hunter moves and fights very well therefore making it more difficult than the Ruiz fight . Plus Ruiz is PBC and we know how that goes .

    Who would win in a fight between Andy Ruiz and Mike Hunter right now?

    I know people have said Hunter beat Ruiz in the amateurs 12 years ago when Ruiz was 16 or 17, but who would win now?

    Joshua-Ruiz reminds me of Wlad-Lepai. Which I'd never want to see again.

    Joshua-Hunter seems like a 90 second fight.

    Who cares? Really.

    Neither deserves a title fight.

    He should be fighting Usyk or Whyte. Both are Matchroom fighters. Should've been a no-brainer.

    Those are both UK and European fighters to be fought in 90,000 Wembley arena or equivalent . Plus didn't you say no one knows AJ or Whyte in the US ? At least if its unknown to Americans bring an American into the fight or US based boxer who people know in the states . Keep the narrative straight Dubblechin .

    UK boxing will never reach GLOBAL levels if you guys keep up this HOMER mentality.

    In the U.S. you can have MEGA fights with people from any country.

    I don't know how you haven't figured that out yet.

    Apparently Eddie Hearn hasn't either.

    You don't need a US fighter to headline a US card like you need a UK fighter to headline a UK card.

    People would've gone CRAZY (in a positive way) if Hearn had made Joshua-Usyk for June 1 - since they're both training for fights here DAYS apart).

    Nobody would've cared if MIKE HUNTER didn't get the call of Usyk. US Fight fans don't think like that. (Apparently, that's ALL UK fans think about.)

    It boggles my mind that I've taken so much crap this week from you guys because I want to see the BEST fighters WHO ARE AVAILABLE fight each other.

    My IGNORE list is growing by the day.

    Ok , so according to you Usyk needs to cover a US-based problem , when Uysk has his own fight with Takam sorted and booked and a definitive fight against AJ next . Right so a great mega fight with short notice for 6 million in MSG 21,000 . This is not making a good case Dubblechin . Then tell Wilder to take it ! Oh wait , PBC in full retreat mode from MSG .

    AJ V Usyk will be a 90,000 Wembley fight with camps and no bull or interference from the US , even more money than anything the US could make or produce right in this period in time .

    Yeah your ignore list is growing by the day . Ignoring reality is one of them .

    Your list of excuses grows larger with every post .

    Ruiz has no chance. I thought Liakhovich outpointed him.

    This is an Ali-Jean-Pierre Coopman type fight. However long Joshua wants to keep him around.

    Just feels like a huge waste of time.

    I voted Ruiz Jnr, he would turn up to fight and give it his all. He ain't no Lepai, he will definitely cause Joshua some problems.

    Oh dear, since u put it that way I might have to tune in.

    I hope Ruiz gets played with & humiliated. I've been following his career for a long time. I admit everytime an opponent gets announced for Ruiz, it's always a big letdown.

    Hunter is just way more Game.

    Ruiz's Matchmaker makes me question Ruiz's potential/Peak

    Mike Hunter is signed to fight on Usyk's undercard. How is Hunter free but Usyk isn't? Because Eddie Hearn is the promoter of the Usyk card (and Usyk and Hunter's promoter) and can pull anyone he likes off of it and put them on another card he's promoting.
