    As far as I know that's correct. Hopkins holds no trinkets and Pavlik's belts aren't on the line

    Doesn't hopkins have the ring belt? If so I would think it should be on the line.

    Its been listed as a 12 rounder on boxrec and Im sure thats how it is getting marketed.

    Any fight with names like Hopkins & Pavlik should be 12 rounds.. So yes, this fight is definitely 12 rounds..

    Can we please clear this up.

    Just because there is no title, doesn't mean it can't be 12 rounds.

    There plenty of non-title fights that are 12 rounds.

    All title fights have to be 12 rounders, but not all 12 rounders have to be title fights.
