I recently got Showtime and i was wondering when they show the re-runs of their PPV fights. I know the Mayorga/Vargas fight happened last week and if this was HBO, they show it the very next week. Does Showtime do the same? I didn't see it in the schedule. Any help would be appreciated. PS, i know they are showing it on ESPN but i would prefer to see it on Showtime because it will be on HD with no commercials.
Yeah I feel the same way. But altleast they let ESPN show it, better than nothing IMO. As someone said above, all though they do bring some decent cards they are not HBO for sure.
Definitely looking forward to the Forrest and Tarver fights tomorrow. Yeah, Showtime is pretty cool. I like the fact that they also show MMA too.
Oh yeah, I'm damn glad to have it too and can't wait for the triple header tommorow. They IMO should just do more to be like HBO if they could. Well they did have a pretty good countdown show for Vargas/Mayorga, so that's a good step in the right direction. But on some of their cards you will notice big differences from HBO's production (to me one of the biggest is lighting in a lot of matches. You know how on HBO you can see most of the crowd etc., on showtime it's so dark you can't see the front row).
Don't do that bro! It's a triple header. Or we could skip it and order the Chavez Jr. PPV for $35.00...LOL.
