I don't know for sure, but it depends whom you asked. I seem to remember him being placed somewhere around the middle of the top ten, maybe as low as eight or nine. Not the top three, if that's what you're getting at. That much I know. At his peak, he had to share accolades with guys like Chavez, Whitaker, Nelson, McGirt (VERY highly thought of at the time), guys like that.
