how many top notch fighters have turned pro that didnt fight amatuer? I know Bhop and Kim didn't but i can't think of any name's outside of these two....anybody have any idea?????

  2. If Im not mistaken, Bernard Hopkins had an amatuer record of 90-6 (or something like that)**** Correct me if Im wrong

Dwight Muhammad Qawi has no amatuer experience and captured some belts, and got elected into the HOF

Anthony Mundine has no amatuer experience

Vazquez Jr had no amateur career, but I wouldn't call him a top notch fighter either.

Hopkins had an amateur career. He wasn't dedicated to it because he was busy bein a hood figure. Going to prison made him serious about boxing

He isn't "top notch" by any stretch but good ol Oisin ***an had 3 small time amateur fights before he turned pro, because his "soccar scholarship" didn't work out, terrible break against Khan, literally snapped his ankle yet still got up from 2 knockdowns, gave Spadafora and Chavez Jr hell.

He was an example of how pure workrate and stamina can compensate somewhat for lack of skill
