Joe Gallagher has called on Ricky Hatton to get Quigg a last minute bout on the undercard of Khan/Garcia. Apparently Munroe won't be sparring for at least 2 months and a proposed rematch will possibly take place in November. So Joe is keen to keep Quigg busy and get him good exposure stateside.

Depending on who he fights, it could be risky. If he loses he won't be next to take Munroes spot, but it could go the other way. I would have thought an easy tune up would have been a better option, surely going to Vegas means he'll be facing a risky, tough opponent (unless its some preliminary bout)?

its most likely going to be an easy stay busy sort of fight, also since its on the Khan undercard he may just get some sky coverage, highly doubt hbo would cover it.

Yeah, good move IMO it'd be like Crolla's fight abroad - not shown on US TV but a good experience for him and it'd be shown on UK tv.

Sky would be happy with that.

Another bonus for July 14th perhaps.

no there going to HBO24/7 the Quigg fight!

100% guaranteed they wont even mention or show a 5 second clip of Quigg.

Joe Gallagher's / David Price friendship with the Khans is good but GBP is where the stumbling block is.

I think Munroe's cut looked really bad and i think Quigg will end up moving on. Just a feeling but sometimes these rematches don't happen for various reasons.

would be a great experience & he needs to keep busy.
If it happens would expect an easy fight intended to go 5/6 rounds - like Kell's when he went stateside.

Plus like everyone another pay day always good.

Can see Sky wanting to put another Brit on the show but guess after that they wont be showing him.
