It was a while ago why you still going on about it. Boxing is a business. They slightly swerved him because he is extremely boring to watch and doesn't bring in money.. he was high risk low reward. And then they moved up so it wasnt relevant to keep talking about it. Let's be real you only keep going on about it because he's black and they are white, and you are racist and anti- british, I've seen your posts. This kind of things happens all the time, there are 17 weight classes in boxing and 4/5 world champions per weightclass! politics and money dicates a lot of what happens. Lomachenko schooled Rigondeaux easily. I don't see you going on and on about Stevenson ducking Kovalev, Davis ducking Lomachenko, or Andrade ducking Derevyanchenko , Jack ducking Bivol, Barrera ducking Kovalev etc or Wilder not fighting anyone with a pulse. Funny how you never mention those eh!
You are just as bad as them with the excuses. Leo the Cowardly Lion Santa Cruz isn't White. Kovalev's promoter is the one that asked for the purse bid, and then pulled out of it. That isn't Stevenson's fault. Furthermore, Kovalev's contract had run out. He could have taken a fight before re-signing with HBO. But he re-signed immediately knowing that would also hinder a Stevenson match up. I'm not defending Stevenson, he's been fighting subpar opposition for a while now, but get your facts right. It's clear you are just trolling, because I'm probably one of the biggest Wilder critics on this forum.
Not trolling at all. Adonis Chickenson never ever wanted any part of Kovalev. Kovalev has always faced the best. So why do you not constantly call out Gervonta Davis for not facing Lomachenko and never call him a coward? because remember by your own words ''Blatantly ducking the best fighter in the division, is a cowardly act.''
That doesn't make sense. When they tried to make the fight Duva pulled out of the purse bid. As I said, that wasn't on Stevenson. I don't hold younger fighters to the same standard as I hold veterans when it comes to ducking, and outside of that Floyd was the one blocking the fight, not Davis. You are being fairly contradictory when looking at your earlier post in this thread, and this one. If you are arguing that the Cowardly Lion of Belfast has financial reasons to duck the Rigondeaux fight, how could you then criticize a 23 year old fighter, who hasn't had the earnings of a veteran like Frampton yet, for not fighting Lomachenko. And as I stated, Floyd is the one who nixed, not Davis.
hahaha excuses excuses excuses there's only 6 years between Davis and Lomachenko. Davis is 23 you don't say a word about him. Burnett is a similar age I think 24/25..... Yet you call him out saying he's ducking some Afrobum! your double standards are really obvious!
Well, Valdez did it again. Attritional encounter after attritional encounter. I commend his eagerness to please, but he needs to spread the wars out. Too much hell for leather too early in every fight. He could be winning most/all of these more routinely with the right strategizing to harness his talents.
With all due respect to the Bury man (a tough, hard-working, likeable guy), if Valdez getting his teeth knocked out by Scott Quigg doesn't give him cause for strategic adjustment, nothing will.
Respect to Quigg had a stress fracture in the foot in camp This is more serious than you think as to continue training on it could develop into a complete break So he did a good job
