He recently said Golovkin doesn't bring enough money to the table even though he is no longer champion and would have the chance to become a x2 world champion if he takes a fight with Golovkin and wouldn't be a bad payday either. this pretty much tells me he isn't confident in beating golovkin and Haymon just wants to make as much money from and for quillin before feeding sheep to lion.

I don't know what kind of money he expects.

    1. He isn't a big name and has no significant fan base

    2. He turned down 7 figures to do nothing

    3. He wouldn't be the legit A side against anyone in the top 6 of his division

    4. He has no title

    :patsch

Hardly chasing money, look at the korobov fight lmfao that was low risk high reward

Now he won't take the ggg Iggy becuase it's high risk low reward
When in gods name did a contender even refuse to fight a champion becuase he thinks it's not worth it lmfao

Quillen would be better off keeping his mouth shut or just say I'm not my own man, I have some lad with his hand up his **** ruining my credibility

Well you never know. Haymon's speciality is getting his fighters good money to fight bums

Good thing he's got a solid chin because his wife's going to be testing it with a frying pan if he keeps coming up with reasons not to fight for seven figure purses.

Just because Lee managed to stop him doesn't mean that he's a low risk for Quillin.

    Agreed.

Quillin made the biggest mistake of his career when he signed with Haymon.

You just know he secretly regrets it.

If he doesn't want to box then he should quit. Quillen doesn't bring much to the table. And nobody wants to see him fight retirees, bums and smaller men.

quiiin doesn't need to duck GGG, he has no belt, and will get beat before that fight ever comes about.

Quillin's only claim to relevance was the WBO belt. Unfortunately for him, he surrendered it.

He's barely known, has no significant reputation, fights on the undercards and he's not even considered a threat to Golovkin.

Most of the fans would still like to see him get beat up by Golovkin though, that's his marketing chance. :)
