Lol i know right? I guess Williams camp didn't want to change the fighters for sparring cause Williams was at first preparing to fight Cintron but it got cancel cause of Cintron so called injury.

Good Lord stop trolling and posting your jerk off videos. I didn't even reference that fight, just because I don't love PW doesn't mean I dislike him. And how do you have time to do this, it's my day off and I can't even keep up.

    Based on what?:huh

Let me guess, It was a fluke because he tried to throw a thunderous left straight and it so happen to hit Quintana?

As far as the rematch is concerned I wouldn't call that a fluke either but its not like Paul Williams would have ever thought he would get a 1st round knockout over a man whom he went 12 rounds with.

Williams before that rematch spar with Collazo a southpaw puerto rican who imo got robbed in both Hatton and Berto fights. Williams i thought did the smart move of throwing harder punches and did you notice before Williams land a big left to Quintana that Williams move back making Quintana being the pressure fighter?

its not a fluke that williams had an off night, it happens. even williams admits that. being on top is the easy part. its when your faced w/ some adversity that you find out what your really all about. and by that i mean a the ko in the rematch. that wasnt a fluke either. its not a fluke when your opponent gives you openings and you make him pay for it.

Just saying, you could look at that more so as a fluke than you could getting beat up over 12 rounds, People think Rahmans win over Lewis was luck no sir:nono

That was not luck, that was a hungry rock in Africa, who set up that right hand using a jab and busting Lewis in the bicep each time lewis held....

but like I said some think that to was a fluke now why is that? cus some times knock outs are a bit of luck

I don't think any win is a "fluke" in boxing (unless a robbery). He was the better man in the ring at that time, however they could fight 5 more times and my money says PWill would win all 5. It simply wouldn't happen again.

well, couldnt the same be said for the second fight?

which is more of a fluke, getting outboxed over 12 rounds or sparking someone out in one?

they fought twice with two different outcomes but i dont think eather was a fluke, but i do think that williams underperformed in the first fight and would win almost every other time they ever fought, but quintana didnt get lucky and it wasnt a fluke imo.

A fluke is more like when someone is losing an entire fight to a much supierior fighter then out of the blue he manages to land one of the shots hes been throwing all night and it lands because the fighter got a little lazy and knocks him out.... that would be a fluke win imo. Not outboxing someone over 12.

Absolutely not a fluke. The fluke was that 1st round KO in the rematch. Quintana served that up on a silver platter, and then proceeded to stumble around the ring in the worst display of a fighter protecting himself once hurt that I have ever seen.

Yeah, it was fluke. If Quintana fought Williams ten more times, he would lose all ten fights.

It wasn't a fluke in the sense P Williams had a full 12 rounds to do something different, everything Quintana did worked. On the night it wasn't a fluke.

It is something of an aborration though because if they fought 100 times Williams wins 90.
