Robert has a very good stable of young fighters, I doubt he is missing Ortiz at all, once Floyd beats Vic that will be the last of his relevance...from what i read in that article if true then Ortiz is a true to life ***** boy, wanting to be babied be the only fighter, turning his back on a friend, lying...can't wait for this fight..

 

Fabrication read that LA times article in which Robert himself says that Vics father made zero attempt to contact vic or be a part of his life now for a father that never left and your son is in another state you dont think he would check in to see how his sons doing? Would you as a father Freddy? be real here

Danny didnt start ****, Robert sold out on Danny because Robert is acting like Vic was his personal property, A fighter has the right to choose who he wants to work with and a trainer should respect that.
Obviously working with Danny was a much better fit for Ortiz so why not, its Ortiz's career he has to take the shots in there he has the right, so how should Robert be mad at Danny based on a decison that Vic made and how can he hate on Vic for wanting to work with a trainer who Vic feels is a better fit?
These are human beings not slaves you dont own these guys just cus you train them

Honestly I think that interview gets blown out of hand all too often, I really think what vic was trying to say is that I am too young to be puttin myself through this take the loss live to fight another day....
And honestly I agree with him in that sense, if the kid doesnt look out for himself he will end up like Vargas did.
I understand that going out on your sheild is the thing to do in this sport, dont get me wrong but honestly Victor was going to get knocked out in that fight it was clear Maidana was on his way to a stoppage
Cotto quit to he did so dont try and downplay that, alot of fighters have quit in this game and have also come back to do good things

Well, as a father my son would never be in that place as long as i'm alive...but, this aint a perfect world and not everyones the same...so if vics dad really did try his best to give vic an ok life, but vic wasn't satisfied and left, and being that he's a drunk, it doesn't surprise me one bit that he never tried to contact his son.....but that alone doesn't make everything vic has said "true"....and really, i dont care if it's true or not, what i care about is vic now, and as of lately his flip flopping of characters is really annoying.....just saying

as far as the brother feud, I talked to robert myself about 4 years ago and he had mentioned some **** about vic...same **** he mentions now..that his a diva in the gym, and kind of annoying....if that's roberts bread and butter, why the hell would he dedicate his time to only "vic"...why would vic be so selfish and do that the the people that put him where he's at now....i mean, u just dont do that to people that literally saved your life IF IN FACT HIS STORY IS TRUE ABOUT HIS UPBRINGING......so i'm supposed to believe vic went thru hell as a kid, but now with a two story roof over him, a solid manager and promo team, he buckles under pressure cause he wants his trainer to only train him...come on now bro, there is something wrong with that picture....but what does it for me is that NO ONE in the family talks to danny, no one....that says a lot right there.....
