    RIP

He was a fun character to listen to, and a good coach.

Joe always said that the part of a fight that scared him the most, was his dad carrying him around the ring on his shoulders, after he won!

A big loss. He took on the sport of boxing and won.

Anyone not familiar with him-----he was a musician when Joe was an amateur. He quit the music business and dedicated himself to the sport of boxing to help his son. With no experience. He was self taught & just look at the terrific job he did. How hard he worked and took on the boxing establishment. And all he did was to have his son have a terrific amateur career and an undefeated pro career. I always thought Enzo did a great job in the corner---and was given about almost zero credit. But he did a real nice job between rounds & did absolutely terrific with Joe's bad hands.

Just think of all the other fighters that could have benefitted from the highly disciplined Enzo in his corner. And listened and obeyed of course, which is something very few seemingly do.

To me, a hall of fame trainer.

RIP I liked him. Joe was a hell of a fighter and underrated. All the best to Joe now.

Very sad news, I used to keep in touch with Enzo on facebook several years back and chat with him, he was always very open and engaging. RIP.

A big loss to British boxing but mostly to the Calzaghe family, of course. Sad news.

Joe Calzaghe was a one off, Enzo clearly did a helluva job.

if chris eubank jnr had been managed by a guy like Enzo, he would have won a fully recognised world title (even if just briefly). This is a testament to Enzos ability as a trainer.
