That's sad to read, it really is. Like Lockridge, Pedroza was a staple of those early fandom days of mine, and his fights were always on NBC. Such a privilege to watch him. A true craftsman and as great a featherweight as you'd want to see. He gives Sanchez a really hard fight if they'd met, maybe even beats him.
