R.I.P. Vernon Forrest

****ing cowards! I hate these types. I hope they catch them and they get death.

 

Again shocked, the man was putting air in his tires and someone trys to jack him and Vernon didnt and wasnt going for it and went after them, this is a shame that people would do this I had the opportunity to train at Wildcard While Forrest was there working with Eric Brown, he was in company with Dominick Guinn at that time, Forrest was a down to earth cat, was bumpin that Twista and lil john song "Lets Go" every day in the gym, didnt think twice to give advice to anybody there.
Took time often when Pacquiao fans would come in and recognize him he would pose for pictures sign gloves etc.... Very nice guy all round, I am very shocked.

 

Jut read another report that he chased the assailant into the woods after he ppssibly had his wallet stolen. He stopped the chase there and when he was going back to his car, the assailant returned from the woods and shot him and again several times at point blank range.

 

Dam I was a fan of Vernon Forrest!! I was hoping 2 see him fight Paul Williams or james kirkland...dam R.I.P VERNON!!
