    Sorry to be the bringerof bad news but the talented ex Light middleweight Champion has been killed in a car jacking.

    Shame, he was a great fighter and was a total commited guy with a business and all that a nice guy by all accounts.

    ****s who did this should be killed

    He was still a champ too... Actually he was stripped off the title in May. Somehow I missed it.

    I just can't believe it. This is not like Johansson and Torres dying of old age after living long and well, these have all been tragic deaths in the past month or so.

    This is terrible news. Forrest always seemed like a very good guy. I believe he helped with a group home for developed mentally disabled children. It sounds like he was a person who tried to make a difference in the world.

    Horrible!!! He was a class act guy all the way...not only as a fighter, but as a human being as well...working with ******ed youngsters...giving them a chance...encouragement and hope..may the subhuman filth that did this to him be found and punished accordingly..hopefully with their lives. R.I.P. Champ!!!

    i know its such a shame to not only the boxing world but his local community

    you get some real pricks in the world to take somebody like that away
