Vernon Forrest at his best would have been competitive with most of the great welterweights. I had him as a Myspace friend. Always replied to messages. A superb long range boxer with decent power.

This is really terrible news, and so tragic and unfair. I am not a religious person, but news like this makes me hope that there is a God who can set things right. Like someone said, we accept the old dying after a full life, but this sort of thing?
