According to the bbc radio, Calzaghe landed 1010 punches.....thats more than against Lacy

 

Aside from the nut huggers, i'm a bute fan, and Bute can never beat Calzaghe right now...

Calzaghe is really above anyone else I can think of at this weight. Hopkins is too slow.

I am really impressed.

good fight. Clear win for Joe. I was very impressed. Speed advantage was quite evident. For me, Kessler was not busy enough a lot of the time, which I think was clear when looking at the punches thrown stats. Probably wouldnt have been quite enough anyway. I scored it 116-112 for Calzaghe.
