Holt has been down something like 8 times. You would definately have to give someone with Ortiz's power a good shot at beating him.
Never thought much of Holt to tell you the truth, and his chin is the kind of stuff that chandeliers are made of. I'd give Ortiz a good chance at catching Holt with something big and knocking him out.
Thats why I thought Witter would be a better step up for Ortiz...Holt beats him rather badly IMO (if they were to fight now).
Ortiz sure looks ready, I like the kid a lot. He is an articulate good looking kid, extremely talented. Holt is a bit shp worn and has a suspect chin. Ortiz by KO. But I would like to see Victor face some adversity first.
Do you even know how Kendall Holt is? Have you even seen him fight? With this type of comment you're making yourself look rather foolish..No offense to ya!:good
Public speaking isn't his strong point and that's how he always sounded pretty much bruh... If you're referring to the SHowtime and the press conference interview, I think he was a bit nervous knowing that he's in for the biggest fight of his life.. He sounded fine after the second Torres fight and he didn't take any damaging blows from Hopkins so i dont know how he can be any less of a fighter.
Holt is an overrated joke. Overrated punching power. He has 1 KO win in the past 4 years and it's a controversial one at that. Struggled to beat gate keepers like Rangel and looked average against a shot Tackie and journey men Khodokovski. He also has a very shaky chin and is the definition of a Roy Jones wanna be. The only time he's looked impressive was against Lightweights David Diaz(who dropped him) and Hlatshwayo.
I think I remember him speaking a little more fluently in earlier interviews. I've been watching this kid since earlier on in his career and something about the way he speaks just worries me. A guy who has been dropped and KOed as many times as he has is bound to experience some brain damage issues... unfortunately, it seems to me like he's experiencing these things sooner rather than later. You don't normaly see punchiness like that until after a fighter is retired. It ain't horrible yet, but I still find it noticeable.
