Balszay had Inkin rocked pretty good at the end of the 10th round. I wish he would have pressed the issue more in the 11th. Good fight, though.
Have to wonder how Andre Dirrell feels about this. IIRC he was in line for a fight with Inkin this year. Sh*ts to him I guess. Props to Balszay for the win.
How was he in line?He hasn't beat anyone yet? And if you think that the Oganov fight was an eliminator fight you're wrong.Shaw said afterwards that it wasn't an eliminator.
Dirrell would be in for a tough fight if he fought Karoly. Balzsay's determination seemed to win him fight from what I saw. He was just too strong and hungry from the mid rounds onwards and Inkin faded like he usually does.
balszay is a nice/stand up tall southpaw counterpuncher/ bigman about 6.2 /strong/good handspeed/ relaxed/lovely straight left/heavy handed if he wants to be /nice uppercut/ i see flaws going to need a opponent coming onto him/will need to learn many aspects of the dirty side of the game and how to cope/does not jab enough/when he does jab it is not pumped straight out but puts a bit of a right hook on it , making it fall short or miss/was breathing hard after 3 rounds but kept his tempo , so stamina is ok , but it was never a physical fight like say a bika would bring/waits to long to get punches off while he is in range/ but an entertaining fighter to watch and will need to see v different kinds of styles. he fits into the lower top 10 IMO, i do not see him as a long reigning champ, but the man has talent.
