Supporting a fighter based solely on their race is so stupid. You should at least take one or two other factors into account.
Racism has absolutely no place on this forum or in society as a whole, except in extreme circumstances.
I don't see anything wrong with some nationalist pride in boxing. After all the Olympics are based on nationalism and are considered the benchmark for sportsmanship. I loved the flags behind the fighters during the Super Six and would love more tournaments like it.
Racist not really hasn't really been an issue, but nationalistic you betcha. The Brits wouldn't love Eubank if they were racist. Hard to hate a guy like him as flamboyant as he was he could back it up. But I think the casual fan might be most likely to disrespect the opposing fighter.
tell me how saying one particular race are the only ones who have criminals is racist by definition, because I don't see it. It is, totally untrue, completely off base, delusional, perhaps even, idiotic...but racist? no, unless there's some malicious reasoning behind such a statement, no, it isn't racist.
cool, but i'm honestly interested in knowing why you consider it racist. can you tell me? i'm just trying to understand your reasoning?
