i doubt it. You'd assume Manny and floyd could both compete at 140, there both so small for there weight. But who knows.

I have nothing against making the guys come up to fight them. Its not like floyd will have a weight advantage over any of these guys if they come up.

But it will be a better legacy fight if floyd goes down and wins the Linial light welter title.
Because i dont think he ever did that did he? He beat Gatti, when Kosta was the man to beat if i'm not mistaken.

LOL he claims he's the best at 154, claimed he beat the best at 154 and holds a 154 belt. And now you say 154 is too big for him - you couldn't make it up...now there are 2 genuine risks the division is too big...the same guys no doubt who were discrediting Pacquiao for beating a guy 17lb heavier than him on fight night no doubt...

    Pathetic :patsch

Regarding FLoyd fighting at 140, where's the source? Floyd won't fight at 140, those 140 fighters will come up to meet him at 147. He's a natural welterweight, very low body fat - he'd be draining to make 140, I just can't see it

A good way to avoid Canelo though :)

If he's scared of Canelo he's for sure not getting anywhere near Matthysse.

After his mismatch next month look for him to pursue devon next.

Which is why it won't happen :)
Has has fights against Alexander and the #2 welterweight in the world Amir Khan coming up - no time to fight the likes of Matthysse

He was hurting for weeks after the cotto fight so I don't think fighting Matthysse would be a Very good idea.

I'd be very surprised if Floyd moved down to 140.

140 is a good weight. That division is stacked. What's the problem here?
