I'm not against a rematch if i was juanma i would do it to is a good business decision. Is an easy fight with no risks of losing he'll get paid a lot more plus he'll beat him easier next time. It wont be a problem selling it because of the injury excuse plus marquez is still a big name.

But the same people that are making excuses now for marquez are the ones that going to criticize juanma for fighting an old guy again and for beating an old guy.

    :hat

No way. I gave JML his props right after the fight in the RBR thread but when i found out it was a legit injury i wanted to see a rematch. You must not remember me in all the threads before the fight. I was picking JML in a close close fight and i was saying Rafa is not as shot as people have been saying onthese forums. The speed is still there. Legs are getting a lil stiff but nto like he will need to be doing alot of movement to find Lopez.

I cant wait for the rematch.

Even in a rematch I see the same result.

I think JuanMa still might come out on top, being he looked a lot stronger. But I saw no change in his defence. In a rematch I still can not count Rafa out.

This is exactly why I didn't want this fight to happen, they can't take defeat like a man.
when my fighters lose I do get upset, but I move on, but others cling on it too much and too long.

I will admit, I was one who thought Rafa used his shoulder to bow out gracefully. I want to also note that if that was the case, I wouldnt have cared one bit. He gave it his all and to me it looked like he was finished, not because of Lopez as much as he just hit a wall and didnt have anything left.... he had become a punching bag. And so I think a warrior like Marquez, in such a fight, has earned the right to bow out if his corner isnt going to save him. After all hes given us, and boxing.... and having proved his heart over and over and over again, I would have had no problems.

    BUT......

I am glad and relieved to see that it was a legit injury. Glad to know that Rafa wouldnt have surrendered, and him having fought like he did with such an injury only adds to his legacy IMO.

    WAR RAFA!
